About the job
Hello! We are looking to start a two day per week nanny share (8-5 Tuesdays & Thursdays or Mondays & Wednesdays). A little more about us: I'm a middle school teacher and my partner works at a non profit. Our baby is sweet, curious 13-month-old. She takes two naps per day right now and is pretty consistent with her routines. We speak some Arabic and Spanish with her at home. We live in outer NE Portland. And we have another family in the neighborhood with a 11-month-old that we are hoping to do the share with. We are interested in a gentle parenting approach with developmentally appropriate boundaries and expectations. We value good communication and are hoping to find a childcare situation that will be consistent and nurturing. Please reach out if this sounds like it could be a good fit!
