Looking for an experienced nanny share for two babies age 9 months in January when this job would begin. Willing to pay a higher rate for the right fit, some ideals include: -Speaks a language besides English and willing to speak this full time with the kids -Extensive experience in early childhood development (Gerber, Montessori, Waldorf styles preferred), added plus if you have a degree in early childhood development -CPR training -Plus if you have any other medical training -Three glowing references -Highly creative in coming up with activities for young babies -Experience in setting a schedule for multiple babies and creating a daily routine -Reliable transportation and willingness to take two babies outside for adventures (park, trails/small hikes, etc)
