L is in school and doesn't get home till about 4. He's pretty self sufficient but might ask for help making something to eat if it can't go in the microwave or air fryer. He'll pretty much play outside with his friends or play his games in his room. Josie is 3 so she requires a little more energy but she's also pretty self sufficient and will let you know when she's hungry, or if she has to potty etc. Plus L can help with her if need be.
