My 1-year-old daughter is developmentally delayed and needs help with mobility. She is also deaf and a candidate who knows some sign language would be helpful. She is a happy baby and loves books, playing with her toys and kicking on the floor. Ideally she would be working on sitting/crawling during her play times in-between naps and meals.
