About the job
Our son ( O, 16 months old on the 15th) is a happy little dude, but is used to a lot of structure. We have a pretty good daily routine. He naps anywhere from 11-1:30/2, and has lunch about 30 minutes after he wakes up. I'll meal prep lunch and dinner. After lunch, he usually wants to play with his toys for an hour and a half, and then we go to the park. We also like to go to a play center, I can provide the door code if you'd like to take him there instead. Dinner is around 5:30, and he plays independently until we give him his bath and do his bed-time routine, but we'll be home in time to take over by then. He's pretty easygoing when he's not teething, but it's just us three, so he's not used to being cared for by others.
