Seeking flexible childcare support in exchange for rent discount. Available ADU: 650 sq ft, on site washer/dryer, located on 2nd story with separate entrance, in Kenton/NoPo. $1200/month. $20/hr childcare discount: we need help with early release and school/daycare closures for our 8 and 3yo children. Monthly need ranges from 20-40 hours/month for a $400-$800 discount.
