Nanny For 3 Chill Kiddos In The Morning And The Afternoon :)

We are looking for a nanny for our 3 kiddos, 11, 9 and 4. The job would be at least 24hrs a week, but for some reason the post is only saying 16hrs. In the mornings, we will need help getting the boys on the bus and then taking our daughter to preschool at 9:00. Around 1:45 we will then need someone to pick her up around 2. When the boys get home, they will need reminders about finishing their homework and chores instead of just starting video games (sigh)! Fridays you would need to plan activities, but we have a park that is less than a 10 minute walk from our house that she loves to go to. Our house is located on a street with tons of parking with lots of activities around. Our kids are pretty good listeners and are pretty independent, I'm not just saying that!
