After School Nanny Needed For Sweet Autistic Kiddo

We are looking for a fun nanny who can meet our kiddo where he's at and provide him with some engagement after school. He loves playing outside, going to the playground, watching sticks, leaves, mulch, sand etc. fall, playing with balls, swinging, and people games like peek-a-boo. He is nonverbal but very communicative- he tells you what he wants by guiding your hand and throwing it towards objects. He also makes lots of sweet, happy noises, or whines when he's upset. He is not potty trained yet. I work remote, and will be home working while you're over. Because of his needs, his schedule is ever changing, and we need someone who is flexible & up for his therapists (like PT) being over sometimes, too.
