Nanny Needed For My Children In Portland.

Looking for: Nanny care three days a week starting early September for our 10-month-old, N, and after school hours for our 5-year-old, J. We are looking for an experienced nanny who uses gentle, respectful, consent based approaches to caretaking and is familiar with baby led weaning and other infant/toddler care best practices. We have a flexible routine set up for the kids and will partner with our nanny to learn the ropes. We need about 22. 5 hours of care a week, 8:30-4:00, three days a week on Mon/Tues/Wed or Tues/Wed/Thurs, and are hoping for a long term situation. You'd be with the baby 8:30-2:30, then do a short walk school pickup for the 5-year-old, and be with them both until 4:00.
