Recurring Babysitter With Additional Hours Available Occasionally!

Hello! I am looking for both recurring and flexible childcare for my 5-month-old- recurring on Tuesday mornings, and flexible/ back up care possibly on Sundays and/ or Mondays if our primary childcare support is not available. My husband and I are fortunate to have supportive family and friends that would like to watch her while we work, but we would like to have someone on board to be back up help on days that our loved ones are unavailable. We currently use a family calendar that people "sign up" for days to watch her on and have the calendar set up one month in advance. Days not picked up by friends and family would be yours! These days would always be a Sunday or Monday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in our home. We are also looking for recurring help on Tuesday mornings, 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. also in our home. My husband works swing shift and will be asleep upstairs, these morning hours would be to allow him to sleep after I leave for work in the morning, before he takes over baby for the rest of the day. Officially the schedule would be 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. every Tuesday, with the possibility of occasional Sundays or Mondays, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Realistically I think you could expect 1-3 of those full days to be available monthly. I would not expect you to be "on call" or to be available on short notice for these shifts. I will take responsibility for making sure all days are covered in advance, so you are aware of any open days and can accept them or not. :) We have one cat, named Jango . He is shy but very sweet!
