We value experienced childcare providers and offer a structured, screen-free home focused on creative play. You'll have autonomy in planning activities while following routines. You can expect regular hours, clear communication and respect. Pay starts at $17. 50 and increases to $22. 50 after the first month. Requirements: -Prioritizes child safety above all. Vigilant, proactive, & quick to prevent hazards, ensuring a secure environment at all times. CPR certification a big plus, -Adheres to clear guidelines for arrival time, respecting our screen-free home and leaves a clean home before ending work, -Brings enthusiasm and patience to play-based learning, -Must pass background check and provide local references, Please share your childcare experience and any questions in your response.
