We are expecting our baby girl December 2024 and I plan to return to work April 1st or so in 2025. I am thinking 3-4 days of childcare is needed. We have a comfortable 3 bedroom home and were happy to have a caretaker come to the house. I work from home full time and can be flexible with my schedule.
