This is an ideal role for an experienced and skilled nanny used to working with multiple age ranges who can manage the day and everyone's schedules and create a nurturing and educational environment. We would love to hire a reliable, consistent long-term provider who will be with us as the kids grow (1F, 2M, 4M). The oldest attends part-time preschool and the nanny does not need to provide transportation to and from school. Mom and dad work from home in separate work spaces and have a designated floor for the nanny to use for play time, meals, and activities with the kids. They respect the nanny's space and work to stay out of sight for the day.
