About the job
I have 3 sweet kids and I'm looking for some consistent & reliable help in both an independent role and as a mother's helper after school. I'm currently working from home and I have a few different needs in terms of schedule. I'm ideally looking for someone with a flexible schedule who could do 1- Mornings with my 2-year-old daughter 9am-12 p.m. (a few days/week, solo with her). 2-Evenings helping me with all 3 kids 3/4pm-7:30 p.m. The boys are aged 6 &9. This is my greatest need duties would include cooking dinner/clean-up/watching the 2 y/o so I can help the boys w/homework. 3-An occasional night out or weekend day for a few hours(this part is totally optional). Ideal Candidate has experience with my kids' ages (especially the 2 y/o), loves kids and outdoor play, and is a proactive self-starter.
