Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Lake Oswego

We have a very easy going 20-month-old daughter who loves meeting new people. We are looking to establish a babysitter who we could use weekly for date nights or for me to have some self care time - all dates/times would be super flexible. We believe that she will bond with most kind , but we ask that you provide references and meet with us prior to providing care for our daughter. We are also pretty easy going but want someone who shares similar values with us. We are liberal, and practice attachment based parenting. Our home is set up very similarly to Montessori styled environments and we want someone who understands (or is willing to understand), the way our home functions for our daughter's developmental needs.
