About the job
L is turning 3 in Nov. Current nanny is expecting her own baby, moving on soon. L loves language and her role-playing imagination is blossoming. Mom & Dad both usually work from home but Mom goes into the office multiple times per month. We're looking for someone willing and able to help us with early education. To us that means structuring and suggesting new play and learning activities, paying attention to her interests and what she wants to explore, expanding her language skills, teaching and practicing good social behaviors, reading, and teaching her about Jesus and Mary in our Catholic family context. Someone who relates to toddlers as mini human beings; who is energetic, creative, warm and comfortable. We are introverts with a relaxed sense of humor and strong professional ethics. Start date before Nov is possible. M-F, W-F options.
