Part-ish Time Nanny Needed

We believe in a Montessori learning approach and letting the kid create their own play. We don't do screen time during the day but have her participate in chores and take long trips to the park. If you have a child of a similar age, they are welcome to come with you. She loves taking walks or her scooter to the park. She also has fun rotating through her toys as well as dancing and chasing the cat (which the cat doesn't love lol). She just turned 1 1/2 so we are working on the basics of expanding vocab. Patience to deal with toddlers tantrums. Redirecting or ignoring a tantrum is what we do instead of punishment. We have one 16-year-old indoor cat. She talks a lot but keeps mostly to herself.
