N. is only 6 months and likes to do playtime in the morning. Followed by a mid morning nap. We are trying to get her used to her crib. She will like to do a bit of tummy time and play. She will let you know when she's hungry, she will want formula. She may fall asleep eating or she will stay awake. We like to do a bit of storytime and play until I get home from work around 4 p.m. She usually takes her long nap around 1 p.m. Also when weather is permitting we go for daily walks.
