14 Month Baby Boy And A Bernedoodle Puppy

We have a 14-month-old son. He is active and eats a paycheck worth of food. We also have a 5-month-old puppy that you can keep in his crate, but we ask you let him out to go potty every couple of hours. Our son likes to play with his toys, puppy, and be outside. He loves going on walks, especially with his puppy if you are up for it. Our son is crawling and pulling himself up so we are hoping he starts walking before Christmas. We do not allow any screen time for our son. We work in Law Enforcement so our schedule can sometimes change a little so we need someone with some flexibility. My husband and I would like to do date nights once a month so if you're available on an occasional Saturday evening or half a Saturday morning, that would be wonderful, but not necessary. We are big on communication and if you need to take a day off in advanced or need to leave early for an appointment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. My schedule changes in March as we bid every six months and I am hoping to have the same schedule, if not have SSM off so we would need childcare on Tuesdays as well.
