My daughter is 5 years old and is autistic and Adhd so she has lots of energy. What our ideal day looks like is she gets off the school bus around 1:05 to 1:15 maybe even 1:20 depending on traffic or construction. She loves playing outside with chalk or with bubbles and going to the park. She does sometimes has a hard time communicating what she wants or doesn't want.
