Ideally caregiver has experience nannying when parent is working from home. With my & my husband's schedules, we would need some flexibility, but we are willing to agree upon a minimum # of hours. Looking for a longer term nanny. We would also love someone who would be comfortable sometimes nanny sharing with our niece who is a year older, and also if we have another kiddo in the future.
