3-Day A Week Care For 2.5 Yr Old And 7 Month Old Starting In March

Looking for in-home help for my two daughters. They are 2. 5 and 7 mo currently. I have a WFH job so will be in the house (well, in an office off the garage). We have a (friendly but excitable) dog and cat in the house so must be comfortable around animals. My 2. 5 yr old loves to read, craft, be outside and play with her dolls/stuffed animals. My 7 mo old loves her big sister, playing fetch with our dog and doing anything outside. My 2. 5 yr old is very reserved around new people but warms up to caregivers who give her support/show her cool things quickly. She is potty trained but does need to be reminded to use the bathroom. My 7 mo old loves mom and is not used to be away for long. She is EBF and does not take a bottle currently although we are working on teaching her to drink with a straw and eat solid foods.
