Looking For Regular Evening/weekend Sitter

I'm looking for a consistent sitter available for 2-4 evenings and/or weekend days each month. Schedule will be flexible and vary each month. My kids are 6 months, 6 years, 9 years, and 13 years. Two of them have some higher support needs due to medical/developmental complexities, so somebody with experience or at least willingness to learn is a must! They are all sweet kids that love to play outside, do crafts, and have dance parties. Must be able to pass a background check, be comfortable with animals, and have reliable transportation.
