Nanny For 15 Month Old In Eugene

Seeking nanny to provide care & enrichment activities for silly, observant, communicative, & clever 15-month-old. Light house work & simple food prep is expected during naps or solo play time. We have one well behaved 40lb dog who likes to be included. Were a no screen time, healthy whole foods, play outside family. Parenting style similar to gentle & positive parenting. Baby is partially potty trained. Mindfulness around meal prep is required as our child has food sensitivities. We value clear, direct, & kind communication about needs & boundaries. Our nanny needs vary slightly from week to week so flexibility is appreciated. We generally need 15-20 hours of care per week. Consistent Tue with varying Wed & Fri. Schedule discussed ahead of each month so there's space for adjustments to accommodate everyone's availability.
