Need A Long-Term Sitter For 1-2 Children In Eagle Point Starting March 2025

Hello! We are looking for someone to work with our family for at least 18 months, possibly longer. We have two neurodivergent kids (autism and adhd), one with some behavioral issues - so we are looking for someone who feels comfortable working in this setting. Primarily, we need help with our youngest child who is on a modified schedule at school. The workday would entail doing school drop off and pickups for both children and then spending time at home with our 9-year-old when he is not in school, plus being on call for both kids' schools. Hours would be somewhere in the 30-34 range per week, and pay is negotiable. Over the summer, our care needs will be slightly different as both kids will be out of school - fewer hours but higher pay. This job would follow school year calendar and would allow for breaks every 10-12 weeks.
