Recurring Sitter (schedule Times Vary)

Hello! I am looking to hire a sitter that I can use recurring for date nights, appointments, etc. Someone my kids would grow to love and get comfortable with. Schedule days and times will vary so will reach out in advance to see if you're available. I would eventually love to get to a point where we could use you overnight if comfortable. I have two boys ages 4 and 2 they are full of energy and love their activities so looking for someone who loves to interact and play and has the energy to keep up. Boy energy is a real thing haha. They love to have fun with hide n seek, fort building, crafts etc. We have to get creative when the weather doesn't allow us to be outside. Looking for someone who: -loves children -is patient with all the stages kids go through (two year phase for example) -fun! -reliable and on time -has good communication We are in Dayton, OR which is about 15 min from McMinville.
