We are looking for care for our high needs 5-year-old autistic son. This would start as an informal nanny role and then we'd refer you to our agency for hire (they pay $24-$30/hr). Our schedule is flexible, so we're open to hearing what hours work for you. Depending on the hours you select, you might be working one on one with our son or supporting me or his ABA therapist.
