Part-time Afterschool Care Needed For Active 4.5 & 7 Year Old

We are looking for afterschool care for our two boys, ages 4. 5 & 7, including school pick up. Days of the week are flexible, but need assistance on a regular, recurring basis 2-3 days a week between ~2-5 p.m. during the school year, w/ the option to add hours on breaks or no school days. We are looking for someone that has experience with high energy children that are close in age. They are best friends one minute and upset with each the next. The boys are active and love to run, play, build, create, etc. They thrive with a consistent structure, with someone that will play, also help them with skills as they learn to be more independent.
