Part Time Nanny For 3 Active Kids, 15-20 Hours School Year, 20-25 In Summer.

I am looking for a part-time (15-20 hours per week school year, 25-30 in summer) nanny for 3 children, ages 6, 9, and 11, for afterschool and evening hours 3 days per week. I will also prefer extra daytime hours on non-school days and days when kids are home sick, as well as require 2 shifts per month on weekends, sometimes during the day, sometimes for a date night. I am most interested in someone interested in staying with us for 2 years or more. I can be somewhat flexible in days and hours based on a student's class schedule and I am willing to shift schedules by school quarter. Whoever I hire needs to be willing to drive kids to and from as they all have extra curricular activities. I am interested in hiring someone who actively engages in outings, adventures, exercise, crafts and games with the kids.
