We're seeking a nurturing nanny to provide summer care for our infant daughter , while 1 or both parents work from home. We are a family of 4: mom, dad, baby, and k. We strive to be gentle, calm parents and value modeling and teaching emotional intelligence and a growth mindset for baby. Mom will be working full-time, sometimes from home. Dad will be working part-time from home before returning to full-time work in September, by which point we're hoping we get a spot in daycare or find another family for a nanny share. Hours have some flexibility. When baby is sleeping or nursing, etc., we would also like help with housework such as food prep, dishes, vacuuming, baby laundry. Described hours reflect a little extra time for housework, and for baby to transition; with possibility for more as we navigate our needs.
