Part-time Special Needs Care For 9yr Old Boy

Seeking part-time care in the Clackamas/Happy Valley area for our sweet 9-year-old son with special needs. This is a part-time position with pay of $26/hour through our caregiving agency. (Or agency of your choice). This role would supervise and engage our son in his daily activities and assist him in reaching life-skill related goals. This includes supervising him at our home, working with his communication device, toileting, and some community outings. Training and support provided. Must be at least 18 years old. This position is best suited for an active, engaged, and patient caregiver. Previous experience working with developmental disabilities is preferred. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, punctual, responsible, and respectful. Ability to adapt to changing situations and needs.
