Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Beaverton

We are looking for a great nanny for our children in the Aloha/Beaverton area. I work from home and need someone to fetch snacks and lead learning play with our girls. Right now our oldest is in pre-school 5 days a week. So the time with all 3 girls is limited. During the summer there will be 3 kiddos, summer camps, and many outdoor park play activities. But come school time next year we will have the 2 oldest in school so the care will drop to 1 kiddo age 2. I have a gentle parenting style that leans heavily on structured tactile and brain/body engaging activities. There are always sibling conflicts to help the girls navigate, while listening to one another's physical boundaries. We need someone with a good deal of experience, and a creative mindset in conflict resolution and fostering learning and growth through play.
