Recurring Babysitter For A Toddler In Beaverton

We're looking for a babysitter for our 1-year-old daughter in Beaverton. We need someone for two or three days a week, possibly more in the future. We need someone with flexible hours, especially at first, until I fully return to work and we can establish a more consistent schedule. Occasionally, our 6-year-old son will be home on days when there's no school, but the job is primarily to spend time with the toddler. We want someone active that knows how to keep her entertained, she is very active and loves to play outside.
