Looking To Join A Nanny Share Or Start One With A Family

hello nannies and families I'm not sure if I'm starting my search too early but I'm currently putting out feelers for a family that would be interested in adding a little one to their current childcare situation. my little is 3 months currently and we wouldn't need care to start ideally until November when she turns one, BUT we could start as early as August for the right fit. I'm a night RN that works 3 days a week. We make our schedule 6 weeks at a time and there are two weeks within the 6 weeks when we would only need 2 days of care due to having to work mandatory weekends. the hours needed would be 800 a.m. - 300 p.m. looking to stay on the west side of Portland since we live in Beaverton. currently we are not interested in home daycare settings. thank you so much!
