About the job
Our 18mo son is a happy & curious! He's working on his words, can sign some & is on track developmentally. He loves going on walks (walking or stroller) to our nearby parks, to be involved in household tasks, & to be read to! He currently wakes early & naps around 11-1 or for two hours when the nap starts. We support to sleep = rocking him/driving him around. He is used to nursing to sleep, but we hope to shift that with your help. He is in "snacking" season, eating small bits at a time/rarely a large meal. We offer 3 meals a day & a few snack times in between. We are currently a dairy free & gluten free household. At the moment, he has no screen time. We want a nanny who can be off of their phone when with him. We are an LGBTQ+ household, so hope for a caregiver comfortable with that. Both parents will be home for a lot of it.
