Nanny Needed For Our 3-month-old Child In Ashland.

We are looking for a loving, gentle, reliable, and responsible caregiver for our 3-month-old daughter, H. Since H. is still adjusting to napping in her bed, we need someone who is comfortable holding her in a carrier for naps. We hope to transition her to bed naps as she grows, but for now, she's more at ease with the comfort of being held. H. mother will be working from home and will nurse her between naps, so we're looking for someone who can support a flexible, nurturing routine. Occasionally, we will also need help watching our 5-year-old son, Kai. In these instances, we would offer additional compensation for caring for both children.
