I have 1-year-old twins. I would like their caregiver to be empathetic. I would like their day to include socializing in the community, playing in nature, and eating healthy prepared foods. Waldorf and Montessori types of learning are encouraged. We want this person to give the kids autonomy while being there to support and care for them when needed. They love books and being social. Experience potty training is a bonus.
