I have two boys who love to outside and have lots of energy! Their ideal day after breakfast is going for a walk to the park or playing inside building train tracks or ramps for their cars. Lunch around noon and then a walk to the playground. Both boys take naps around 1:30/2 and sleep for a couple hours. Around 4 both parents are home.
