Childcare Support For Foster Family In North Albany

I'm looking for ongoing childcare support for my younger three children in particular. I am seeking someone to be a second adult here in my home during the afternoon/evening hours after they're home from daycare/preschool. I am particularly seeking help during times when my husband is working: he is a resident doctor and his hours vary week to week and can be extremely long. Sometimes I may only need one day a week, sometimes T-TH, sometimes additional times on the weekends, or into the evening to help with bedtime. Thanks for your consideration!
