Hello, I'm looking for someone to watch my 3 and 4-year-old while I'm at work. I'm currently working in Salem so unfortunately I have a 30 minute commute. My roommate works nights as will be at home sleeping. He leaves around 3ish. I have a changing schedule from 730-430/830-530 (not including commute). My 3-year-old can be very sweet in the mornings and through out the day can be sometimes challenging. He is freshly potty trained so accidents may still happen. My 4-year-old Daughter is on the spectrum for Autism. She's pretty easy going but does have her moments.
