My baby will just be 3 months old when I will require care. We are choosing nanny route because I would like someone who is capable of bonding with my baby, to foster a stable environment and allow baby to remain at home. I will have breastmilk in freezer and fridge ready to go. Looking for someone experienced in infants specifically that you have extensive experience and/or have had children of your own that you cared for. The schedule may vary as some days I leave later and get home earlier from work. Would like the ability to be flexible with that.
