Early Morning, Part-time Babysitter Needed For 2 Year Old Girl

A is shy, but very loving and friendly. She has a goofy personality and loves to help others. She will be 2 soon, with the mindset and actions of a teenager. She is not able to fully speak, but she is very intelligent. She understands and comprehends really well. A is very explorative, curious, and often mischievous. Albeit very playful, she is also very stubborn and has a tendency to get upset quickly and had tantrums that can last for at least 10 minutes. She is very independent yet loves to be coddled. Looking for someone with patience and kindness. Someone who is loving and understanding of the toddler stage. A has been around me (her mom) for most of her little life and seeing as I just started working, she still has not gotten used to the idea of me being gone for long. Being her babysitter, you must be gentle yet firm when interacting with A. I work early morning shifts and am normally home by 1 p.m. My schedule varies but I will inform you a week prior when you will be needed.
