I'm looking for a great babysitter for my youngest daughter. She is 4 years old with speech delay and minor autism. experience with kids with special needs is a plus but not required - Mom (Sherece) will be present to help with adjusting to any social needs, but will be doing homework/online school and transitioning to an at home job.
