Hello! My husband and I are looking for a nanny for our soon to be 3-month-old son. We would hope to have open communication with our nanny as well as a consistent schedule. Our nanny would need to respect wake windows, nap times, bottle feeding, tummy time, and other enrichment activities. As well as occasionally let out our 9-year-old dog.
