My baby is 4 months old. Born with a bilateral cleft lip and palette. She has gotten the cleft lip repair surgery. Must be held upright 20-30 min after feeding if she doesn't burp. 15-20 min if she has burped just to be safe. When she spits up, it comes out through her mouth and her nose. No exposure to sunlight on her face, unless sunscreen has been applied and I will provide it daily.
