PT Household & Child Assistant... likely Pre-grandkid Stage!

We are an integrity-forward family in need of someone to help with our son and light household duties. We value integrity far more than the false pretenses behind closed doors, and we teach & model that to our son. Other household values include connection, communication, trust, honesty, sovereignty, freedom, family, and faith. These are the qualities needed of the person who will be a good fit for this PT position. Our son loves to play. His favorite things include sports, so playing basketball, soccer, baseball, football, tennis, etc. He is an action-oriented child and doing versus being. He is very talkative, social, and curious. He likes learning and has a high sense of adventure to try and see new things. He loves reading and math too. Our son needs behavioral and emotional support more than anything. He is an only child so his emotional intelligence is more centered around "me" than "we", and he is a child that angers quickly instead of first pausing to take ownership for his participation in a relational dynamic. This is a household assistant role with a primary focus being on PT nanny duties (pickup daily from school, sports helper, homework helper, school event support, pack lunches) and other focus being household helper (meal prep with guidance from the mom, dinner prep, grocery shopping if needed, be at the house for repairs/guidance such as sprinkler/plumber if needed, etc. The best person for this household assistant role will be strong and wise with high integrity. She will have a lot of experience with strong-willed children who have intelligence and stamina. The best person will likely have raised their kids already and have "seen it all", per se. This person will be great at asking what is needed but then anticipating household & kiddo needs too. This person will likely be a pro mom type (maybe pre-grandma stage!) who has all these family skills that she might think are no longer needed...or that can't be monetized. This person must appreciate matriarchal households. This person will be able to help with light meal prep and food shopping. This person will do school pickup Monday through Friday. This person will help with school activities and some home management things. This person will be close with our son, with both a strength / fortitude of character yet still loving with him. Position might expand to weekend hours and/or overnights for a parent who travels for work. We may get a dog soon.
