Nanny Needed For My Children In Tulsa.

We need someone to grab the kids from school so they don't have the chaos of aftercare. Bring them home, give them a snack. Get them working on all their homework and assist as needed. R will need more help than the other two. But I want them quietly working and reading after taking a short break and snack when they're home. Also want dinner prep (as requested) and need assistance shuttling the kids to their sports as needed on specific days. Obviously light clean up of post snack or dinner but I want all the kids leading the effort to cleaning up after meals, not just the nanny -- more to supervise and assist as needed. Must be caring, patient, smart, a positive influence on the kids. This is a longer term gig and I want someone to set expectations of the kids early and often and raise as their own.
