We are looking for an experienced nanny for 3 children in Oklahoma City. We need someone who has experience working with children with behavioral difficulties and specifically ADHD+ODD. Must be proficient in conflict resolution, and able to maintain a calm demeanor. The general schedule would only be 15 hrs weekly, and occasional extra hours if wanted. We just need someone to help provide structure after school before I am home at 5:30 p.m. This job will include watching children with task avoidance, demand avoidance, oppositional/defiance, and minor violence issues. We are still trying to create a healthy, loving space for the children, so it is critical you can maintain composure and emotionally regulate during stressful scenarios with the children. Must have your own Vehicle for after-school pickup and emergency scenarios.
