Nanny Needed For My Children In Oklahoma City.

I am in need of a caregiver to pick up the 3 children from school, take them to our house, and monitor them for 30 minutes of reading, writing, or eye therapy work. Then they are able to break away for free time, and will need light monitoring until 4 p.m. at which point they can get on their screens until I am home at 5:30 p.m. Some days I will need the caregiver to drive 1 child to a therapy appointment at 3:30-4:30 p.m. then back to the house. Caregiver must be patient, kind, and use a gentle, nonaggressive approach to childcare. We do not use shame, fear, or intimidation in any forms unless there is danger of a child harming themselves or others. This means no yelling, slamming objects, creating loud noises, etc. Lastly, absolutely no violent or physical punishment/behavior modification techniques.
