Full-Time House Manager & Nanny, Oakdale OKC

Hi. We are a family of 4 with two young girls, 4 and 2, with a third little girl due this summer. We live on a few acres in Oakdale and have two dogs, a cat, and chickens, too. We are looking for a full-time house manager and nanny. Most of job will be keeping the home tidy, doing dishes/laundry, meal prepping/groceries, and organizing. We have a house cleaner that comes once a week who handles all the deep cleaning. We will also need help with daycare and school pick ups a few days a week. We are actively looking for a full time camp/daycare solution for our 4yo for the summer, depending on what we find we may need help with her occasionally during the daytime as well. The schedule will need to be flexible as our childcare arrangements evolve. We plan to start the new baby in daycare in the fall/winter, assuming a spot opens up. However, there may be a few weeks/months where we need part time care for the baby while we (parents) transition back to work full time. We also occasionally need support on evenings and weekends, though grandparents prefer those shifts. We pay W-2 and are open to discussing holidays and other time off benefits. We are seeking a non-smoking adult with experience in this type of role. The person we will hire will have their own car to get to our home, though we can provide a car and will provide car seats for all kid transportation. Background checks and references will be required.
